HolistiX eCAF Launched

The HolistiX eCAF solution has now gone 'live' and is being used successfully in a number of local areas. Development of the solution continues and a number of new functionality modules will be launched in the coming months.

Troubled Families Solution

QES are pleased to announce the launch of the Troubled Families Solution, a new system within the HolistiX suite that identifies and then tracks the progress of families with complex needs. Early Help Portal

QES in conjunction with London Borough of Croydon have developed the Early Help Portal, a powerful new data collation and triage hub that enables targeted intervention for at risk young people to take place earlier. The solution is part of the HolistiX suite and is now available for demonstration.

What We Do

HolistiX eCAF

HolistiX eCAF is a flexible assessment tool which supports your local early intervention agenda. The solution is in essence a recreation of the de-commissioned National eCAF system with additional functionality and added flexibility. Following the decision to decommission the National eCAF solution QES engaged with a number of the early adopter authorities and the QES solution was born. The HolistiX eCAF retains the many positives of the system it replaces but has also evolved to meet the demands of the growing user group.

The eCAF solution is accessed securely online and can be used by any authorised person with web access regardless of their network connection. The CAF form and process within the solution can be localised to match current practices and a number of optional functionality packages such as distance travelled measuring, document uploading and step up/step down ICS integration can be added as required. HolistiX eCAF can operate as an independent stand-alone system or fully integrated with other QES HolistiX solutions or third party software.
